COOK FROM FROZEN. Guidelines only, appliances may vary. Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Cook from Frozen. Rational Oven: Oven 160°C Humidity 30% - 6 minutes. Oven: Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Place on baking tray in centre of oven for 7 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Merry Chef/Panasonic Oven: 275°C 100% Fan 20% Micro 40seconds. Splash the meatballs with water before cooking. Pan/Griddle/Hot Plate: 5 1/2 minutes on medium heat.
